Step by Step
1. Setup
- Video chat to see what your needs and wants for your new website are and how we can help. A plan and vision agreed by both parties.
- Quote for website, contract and deposit request (50%) sent to you for review. Work begins as soon as contract is signed and deposit is paid.
- Creation of section map outlining the structure of the website.
- Collection of any existing business assets to by used for website: Images, videos, text etc.
2. Build
- Setup of web hosting and domain name by Masterful Media (Included in price).
- Build out of web page.
- Customer contact forms and call to action sections built into website.
- Images and text for website created if needed.
- Alt text and meta desciptions for all images and pages to make them more readable for search engines.
- Sitemap creation and submission of site to Google.
3. Test
- Are all links and forms on website working?
- Does the site have an SSL certificate?
- Is business and contact information correct?
- Is there a working 404 page for when a page can’t be found?
- Is the site loading quickly?
- Is the site secure and safe from hackers and spam?
4. Launch
- Site pushed live for all your customers to see and use.
- Final tweeks made if needed.
5. Maintain
- Site content is kept up to date.
- Hosting and Web Domain renewed each year (€100 per annum).
