Masterful Media is a web development company based in Ireland and working with clients all over the world. Our goal is simple. We want to help solve problems for businesses in an easy, straight forward process that everyone can understand and benefit from. Our websites look great, but we don't get bogged down by tech jargon, convoluted processes or industry trends. We find out what your business needs and build websites that helps you deliver on those needs as quickly and pain free and possible.
We provide everything you need to get your business website up an running. This includes planning out the structure, media and navigation of the site, hosting the code and content of the site online, setting up analytics and tracking and a plan for general maintenance and upkeep in future. We also provide creative services like social media video and graphics and marketing material and copywriting.

A Simple, Organised Process
Our web development process runs like a well oiled machine. Here's how it works...
First Step - Let's chat
The first step in the process is having a chat about what you need. This gives both you the customer and us the provider a chance to see what problems need to be solved, what needs to be addressed first and what kind of project, budget and timeline we will need. It is also a chance to see us face to face and get a feel for us as a service provider.
Second Step - The Blueprint
Once you are happy with the basic plan and overall direction of the project we can start to put some bones to the website and plan out where customers will land. We will do this with a mind map which will help decide what info you want to provide and the ultimate goals and solutions that the site will provide.
Third Step - The Build
This is a really fun part of the project. Seeing the plans and outlines of the site come to life in a modern easy to navigate design. It is here where we incorporate the colours and branding of your company and the overall feel of the site for the end user. It is also where we do the bulk of the background work like adding in media and text, forms, code etc.
Fourth Step - Final Changes
Before going live we like to make sure you are happy with the site and the end result. We make time for any last minute changes or concerns you might have here before launch.
Fifth Step - Maintenance
Once the site is launched and working for your customers it is a good idea to discuss future changes or additions that maybe be needed or any analytics or data reports you might like on an ongoing basis.
Sixth Step - Other Services
Many of our clients also need some help putting together graphics for social media or videos or youtube. We can also provide these as an ongoing service for your business.
