- Video chat to see what your needs and wants for your new website are and how we can help. A plan and vision agreed by both parties.
- Quote for website, contract and deposit request (50%) sent to you for review. Work begins as soon as contract is signed and deposit is paid.
- Creation of mind map outlining goals, customer journey and structure of the website.
- Collection of any existing business assets to by used for website: Images, videos, text etc.
- Collection of initial product details including price, image and stock levels.
- Mockup of site and mind map send through by Masterful Media.
2. Build
- Setup of web hosting and domain name by Masterful Media (Included in price).
- Build out of web pages: Home, About Us, Contact Us etc.
- Customer contact forms and call to action sections built into website.
- Web Analytics dashboard setup.
- Blog setup along with first post as template for any future posts.
- Images and text for website created if needed.
- Alt text and meta desciptions for all images and pages to make them more readable for search engines.
- Sitemap creation and submission of site to Google.

3. Test
- Are all links and forms on website working?
- Does the site have an SSL certificate?
